Development of life, from Embryo to Foetus.
Medical personnels have this cycle in their brains from the beginning of their studies in theory and might be graphically, but for a regular person (like me) clean and perfect imagery is the only way to understand how he or she is developed inside. These images of Development from embryo to foetus makes it clear easily and they are from the very early stage; that is when a Sperm cell, comes in contact with an Egg cell and their chemistry begins taking a bigger picture… A child! All this in a real graphic way via photography.
Thanks to the efforts of Swedish photographer Lennart Nilsson who spent 12 years to take these photographs (as I said above, real and graphic) of a foetus developing in a womb. The photography was done using conventional cameras with macro lenses, an endoscope and scanning microscope.
