You get through your aptitude test, Group discussions and even technical round but many guys get lagged in the personal interview round. Technical knowledge can be acquired from training and that you show in rounds prior to Personal interview, but the personal interview is where you have to concentrate your skills of being diplomatic but also being firm and confident about your answers.
